In addition to his ministry as Pastor of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, and his service as Secretary for Clergy and Religious, Fr. Guilbeau has been the "voice" to and for the Deaf Community of our area for more than 30 years, i.e. longer than we have been a Diocese. Through Eucharistic worship, sacramental preparation, the ministry of fellowship, and interpreter services, Fr. Guilbeau is the link of inclusion and connection for an important group of area Catholics and Protestants.
