"Come to the Well - A Day of Restoration"
Starts: 12/13/2007
Ends: 8/9/2008

Saint Charles Center
Sponsored by the Diocese of Lake Charles, Office of Family Life
August 9, 2008
9:00am-5:00pm

The Bible tells us that there is a time to laugh and a time to grieve. Sadly, some losses, especially the loss of a child, are not easily grieved in our society. The loss of a child through miscarriage, still birth, or voluntary termination may be a wound that is still hurting many years later. Other wounds come with infertility and the untimely death of a child regardless of age. We invite women and men, mothers and fathers, grandparents, and friends of bereaved couples and women to come for a day of song, beauty and prayer. God’s love, healing and forgiveness are real and available to all. Our presenter is respected author, Lyn Holley Doucet, who also conducts this retreat for the Lafayette area.

Your privacy will be respected during this retreat; this event is strictly confidential. Pre-registration is required. Call the Office of Family Life at 439-7426, extension 19 or 23. Register by mail at Diocese of Lake Charles, Office of Family Life, 411 Iris Street, Lake Charles, LA, 70601.
